i am maya sisodiya, i had an internet connection for which my id is 4058168_dsl.

i've to complaint for the excessive billing amount charged by you, i'd a limited plan of 599, but my bill had been charged for rs2, 533.99, which is more then enough to pay.where as no any extra downloading has been done by us, and no any welcome call has been recieved..

so i m requesting to you to please check out my account, and consider my amount, according to the plan.
