I have submitted my request in respect of telephone no. 45032879 to change my plan of 1299 into 499.00 plan immedtiately, but for the last one month till date neither the plan is changed nor intimated me on my mobile phone 9891982525. kindly take immediate action in this respect. thanks sonia mehta
