The broad band connection on my phone no. 41651799 is not working properly. The msg says'No or low connectivity".
I tried contacting Airtel customer care executives a few times on 11th May. After punching necessary keys on 121 & 198, got a recorded message"All lines on this route are busy. Try calling later" and the phone got cut.
