My airtel broadband services has been billed more and I just want to know about my billing details but i have facing problems like;

* I have called many times but your server is down (as told by representative when calls get connected) so unable to check details.

* It takes lot of time to contact customer care as you IVR system is too long and poor.

* Due to this my bill has exceeded the desired period and late fee has been charged.

You service as well as customer representatives are extreemly poor to respond and thus customer has not only paying extra fees but wasting a lot of time contacting you.
