Check not refund

I had booked a broadband conection on date 03-03-11 but due to no space

available in dp (as told to me), executive ask me that my check will be

refund after one week but till now i had not recived my check.

check i had issue to company named Bharti Airtel Limited of rs500 on date 03-03-11

check no. 123358 of hdfc bank.
