I am Paying for a Low Quality Service & charged fully when I am not able to use it

This problem is since last 3 weeks. And I am fed up with all escalations & this

has not been resolved till date.

Untill I enjoy a hassle free service, kindly stop my Billing with immediate

effect.

If not pls. give me in writing that the same cannot be resolved so that I can

use a different source of registering my grievance.

Subject: Reg: complaint number 48371780, No. 01204207662

This is to register my grievance for the following problems with my

broadband connection:

1. I am losing connection quite often and the DSL light is going off

2. User name is getting reset on its own

I have contacted and registered complaints but I have been told that

this is a common problem and router will not be replaced (Service

Engg. twinkle, has told so).

I have been using airtel from 5 yrs but surprised at this low quality

of service now.

If I am not able to use my connection i should stop paying bills too then.

Expect immediate attention.
