Dear sir,
I have Airtel broadband connection, for the last 1 week i am facing Internet connectivity issues and now its totally gone, i had raised a complaint which in return i've been asked to replace my modem. Since my modem is on rental and your technician says i have to replace the modem on my own. Being a consumer of your product i should've been informed about your new policy. And now I want my modem to be replaced from your end.
Please look into the matter and do the needful
