I had applied for airtel broadband connection 0n 17 july and it has not yet been put up. this is second time that i am putting up my complaint. I have marked many mails to airtel presennce, nodal officer, appellate officer, costomer care. but in vain and my connection is not put up.
My caf number is 2787485. and i have paid rs 500 cash as advance for the connection and applied for Solo 599 plan
My complaint numbers at customer care are 1976504, 1151590, 1976504, 1672690, 11792429. which have been closed without any resolution being done
Calling to concerned people like suraj karki the territorial manager, amrish tsm, sales executive vijay, vikas, customer care supervisors mayur, mayank has provided no solution to my request and i have spend almost Rs 150 more to keep on calling these people
I want my money to be refunded which i had paid at time of filling up the form
