This is with reference to follow-up going on for below mail trail for last 2 months. I was
provided surety a month back from head quarters Gurgaon. Mdm Salin Pushpam called me a month
before and assured that she will get this done by Hyderabad Engg Team, still things have not
moved forward. I am really feeling sorry to use these words that you people are not capable
of doing this simple installation job.
I see things are at same place without any progress. This is really disappointing that
company employees who are even working in head office are incompetent to get the work done.
I am member of welfare society of my building and checked with secretary and found none of
Airtel Hyderabad engineering team has approached them for putting up connection from
junction box to our building. Our building has 34 apartments and neighbor building is
already using Airtel Wire internet.
Before I paid the advance payments for installation I was told that there is no feasibility
issue and I can go ahead and pay for new internet connection. But to my surprise it’s now
going to be three months.
I had paid advance of 1200 vide cheque on 22nd June and for which also have the
receipt. I also got sms three months back that installation will be done ..
I am unable to go ahead with other internet connection because of you guys. I am suffering a
lot as un availability of internet. Now let me know if you guys are going to refund the
money without any legal processing or you want me to go ahead with FIR for same.
The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 you are given notice to either complete installation with
in this week before 26 Aug or refund my amount. Let me know in which form you want to send
refund.
