Company does not provide broadband usage pattern from their side nor am i given access to my broadband usage.
This month the company has decided to minimize my 4mb, with 10gb space account only in a few days to force me to upgrade. I hardly download & they expect me to believe that i can browse away 10 gb in a few days, who are they trying to fool. I know my usage patter since the last 4 years. Now despite complaints they will not provide me with my usage pattern or get back to me. This is how Airtel is trying to make money by cheating. Customers beware.
