Hi,

I am having airtel broadband, I have been making payment each month for the bill generated and it has never happened that I have not made a payment for the bill. This month however The bill that I got is twice the usual bill. I raised a complain for that on 15th of this month.

Today I got a call from the customer care and they said that I have not paid my last month bill so its that amount that is being shown. I told showed them in the online account that I have been making payment each month they suddenly how come the bill gets doubled this month, even though I have made a payment last month.

Here is the detail of all the bill and payment made

11th APril to 10th May

Bill 994.91

Payment -995

11th May to 10th June

Bill 1250

Payment -995

11th June to 10th July

Bill 995

Adjustment (waiver) -75

Payment -995

11th July to 10th August

Bill 995

Adjustment (waiver) -165

Payment -829

11th August to 10th September

Bill 1914???

Anyone seeing this data can make out the discrepancy but this thing was not obvious to customer

care and they insisted I have not made last month payment.
