Shifting of Broadband Connection not done

Hi,

We have placed a request for intra city transfer of Broadband/FixedLine connection with Airtel. Initially they said, it will take minimum of 10 days to complete the request. But even after 10 days, we did not get any update from them. Even after calling their customer service desk and escalating this issue for umpteen number of times, there is no response/update about the request from Airtel. Their customer service desk is also very rude in responding and they SUCK big time.
