Hi,
I applied for new broadband connection on 28th Aug. The service was not provided even after 15 days so we decided for cancellation.
I called the Airtel and informed about the cancellation. They said someone would call us to get the confirmation on the cancellation & the amount would be refunded in next 45 days. But in vain.
We called them again on 28th Sept. This time, too, it was the same respnse. The history continued.
I called them again on 2nd Nov this time too it was the same response.
Can anyone help us on this. Would highly appreciate your help/suggestion.
