I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 10.10.2011 which got installed around 18.10.2011. My airtel phone line no is 01147072806. On 22.10.2011 my broadband stopped working and a compliant was made directly to the lineman (Mr Nandu 7503144166) on same day who never visited at the promised time citing his tight schedule and holidays. Then a complaint was made at Airtel Broadband helpline on 27.10.2011 vide complaint no 6315448 but my compliant was not resolved till date. Upon enquiring about my complaint status on 17.11.2011 I got the response from the customer care that the complaint has been resolved. But the same problem persists and again a complaint was lodged on 17.11.2011 but no one visited at the appointed time. A further complaint was made on 22.11.2011 vide complaint no 7632216 and again no one has bothered to attend my complaint till date.
