I was applied for New Airtel Broadband connection on 29 August.
Airtel agent told that Port is not available so we are in situation to give new connection.
Complaint number 6548152 was filed on 17 November. But Airtel closed without delivering refund cheque
Again Complaint number 8706212 was filed on 13 December. But Airtel again closed without delivering refund cheque
Now Complaint number 9674282 was filed on 2 January.
The customer care representative give me the Consignment number CB2661523 for overnite courier to be delivered refund cheque.
But till now i have not received my refund cheque & unable to track CB2661523 on overnite website with error invalid consignment.
Over-nite representative (011-26782222) told that they have 10 digit numbers only for tracking and CB2661523 is wrong.
Request you do the needful to get delivered my cheque.
