Pathetic service in new connection

Dear Sir,

This is to complain about the poor service from the Airtel side. As we have applied for the new broadband connection from Airtel we have approached a person named Nani in KPHB coloy, Hyderabad (his Mobile number 9966081166). And with in 2 days a technician came (Dont remember the name but mobile number 9133857992) along with him and gave the wire and took the whole installation charges. However its been nearly one week since we gave the amount, they wont give any update and they are very rude in answering. After calling them hundreds of times they will pick the call and say that they will come by evening. This is been the case for the past 3-4 days. Airtel is being one of the top Indian internet/mobile service provider, this shouldnt be the way to respond to its customers. We have also reached out to their customer care and they said they will check the status and gave a reference number 16699220.They speak only to complete their shift for the day as always they say that they will take appropriate action.

This is a pathetic show from Airtel. Is there any way we can get the service from them or get the refund from them?

I sincerely advice to fellow customers (atleast in KPHB region) not to go with Airtel broadband as the guys are very rude and you will pay for choosing airtel.
