Dear Sir/Ma'am,
this is to bring to your kind notice that there has been a problem in my landline ie, My landline no is 05224073209 and unnecessary bill charged becoz of call done though landline but not even single call done through this fixed landline but it was mentioned the call charges i, e Rs 224 that is unnecessary i complained twice at customer care but no corrective action has been taken yet and i am getting calls regularly for payment of the bill.
It is my humble request to please do the necessary retification of my bill and as early as possible.
