For refund

I was ordered a kenstar toastier from my exclusive privileges on 19the April. My ordered ID is B000014964 & product code isYT50846YT But till date I didn't get any ordered from that. Before 20 days i told them for refund my money but are cheating me . they said that your refund will be deposited in your account after 2 day & next same time they same said.
