Wrong information given by sales person

I took an Airtel broadband connection of "Money Back offer". I am suppose to get money back of 100rs discount after 3rd month (i.e. 4th month bill). Now Airtel executive says that I have not taken money back offer. When Airtel executive came for selling connection, he sold by saying its money back offer only. He has given me a bill of 350rs and charged 1000rs by saying we will adjust it. we will deduct it back after 3rd month bill (100rs discount). And now they are denying its not money back its different.

We as a customer, we obeyed Airtel executive and we are been guided by him. He said all the customers of Airtel pays amount in this way only (350rs). You also have to pay 1000rs and we will give bill of 350rs. All of sudden they have changed the status of our connection now. Not only that for selling connection he had not let us fill the application form itself. he said sir you can sign is the mentioned place we will fill the form. why do you keep these kind of executive (s) who make customer fool for an amount of 1000rs? Can some one help me out of this issue.

My out standing bill amount is 891 rs and the due date is Oct 16, 10. it is supposed to be 891-100 = 791rs.
