Since Sunday morning, my Airtel broadband internet connection is not working.
Sunday, I log a complaint in customer service and representative told me that some outage is going on.
Post lunch, I got a call from Airtel technical department (from 8826291608). Technical department confirms that there is no outage.
Now, I don't know who is correct... customer service agent or technical department.
On Sunday, one engineer visited to my place. He checked & confirm that the number allocated to me has been changed by some other number.
Immediately, he called to the technical department for this. Technical department confirms that this issue will be resolved just within few minutes.
But, till now, Tuesday evening, issue is not resolved.
Everyday, I'm calling customer service, but, customer service agents are not aware about anything about the status. No resolution provided by customer service.
He simply says that he need to log new complaint and internet may work from tomorrow. (Again, he was not sure for tomorrow as well)
Now, three days passed. Internet is not working. I called to the technical department (from which I got call on Sunday) at least 20 times. But, it is not yet resolved. Every time I got same answer that they will call me after 5 minutes. But, I never got a call.
I don't know what to do now. I've already send an email to [email protected]
