We have raised one problem in the month of March sating that the land line phone is not working since then we are facing this problem. Everytime we raise the problem we get to hear its been resolved however nothing happens. We stopped making the payment in the month of June and then they bared our services post which we had the conversation with one of the supervisor who said please make the paymet till july satement and any extra charges that we haev charges will be refunded and will be adjusted on august statement which never happened. Again i stopped making the payment till october... and they again barred my connection, we again had the conversation in the month of november and tried resolving the problem and almost got rectified and made the payment... however there has been no usage in the month of october till 3rd of november... and when the bill was generated it was for the whole month where in there was no usage... i called nodal office and wrote email to the concerned team however no one looks like in the helping mode... they heve bombarded with phone calls like crazy.

I have been associated with Airtel for last 5-6 yrs and today i feel this is the worst service provider from the customer service point of view. Please take the necessary action and help who rae facing this problem.
