Respected sir,
I live in a house in sec 44 b block noida, I wanted a new broadband connection with iptv so i contacted airtel company by phone and a person from airtel visits me after 2 days, after discussing the tariff plans and offers i agreed to make an advance new connection application payment to the person and in return he issued me a companies receipt and said that the connection will be given in 3 days. But many days have paased but no person contacted us on our given no then after waiting for a week i contacted airtel customers care and they said that connection cannot be implemented caouse they have some issues with the lines in our sector, and told that the money as 1750rs will be refunded to u soon. till today no one has contacted and return th e money. its now been almost 20 days. the application date is 12 january on my name as

They have done the same thing with many other living in that area.
if they no that they cannot provide service in here then why there sales person book the new connection to meet their targets.
please help in this case i have been visiting many airtel offices but no one seem to give help, they just ask to call on toll free no. of airtel or vist to thi sor that center.
