i am using the services of airtel broadband services from almost last one and half years and as per my plan i am allowed 5 GB download in a month and unlimited usage from 10pm till 8am, now they have send a bill to me of 7000 wherein they have randomly shown the data usage extensively even for the days when i was not at home, now when i am asking them the details of my usage they are not able to provide me the same and just beating around the bush that the bill is generated as per the plan, kindly help!
i have been writing to them continuously in vain and they are reverting back on mail that my issue will close on this date with some or the other reference no and nothing happens, when i write back to them they again give a new resolution date and reference no, wherein i get calls on my landline from them to clear my bills
