Non receipt of E mail billing

Respected Sir,

I have got a broadband activated from Airtel. The number is 011-45035450. I had requested email billing activation. However that does not seem to have been done.

My email id is [email protected].

However it is very difficult to get it confirmed on customer care where one keeps on holding the phone for 15 - 20 mins & is still not able to get across the message.

Please look into the matter & get my billings sent on the above given mail id.
