Airtel Brodaband Connection

Hi,

I applied for the new internet brodband connection with all the documents to the airtel executive on May 06. But till now I ahdn't get the installation of broadband connection at my loaction. When I called to the customer care againt service request no. 15630630 then they told me your request get cancelled then when i told them why this reqest get cancleed then they told me no such pear available in that loaction but this not true. Because on the same day I canclled one of the internet connection from that loaction. I mentioned all these details to customer care as well as the one of the installation persion who contact me. My old Number which was cancelled to that location is 0124-4037082. So I request you once agin please installed thenew coonection on the same pear on which the old number exists.
