I took broadband connection on 12/01/10, bangalore. my plan was 598.but after the connection i came to know its 799 plan.in my acknowledgment also its written 598 plan and 500/-rs deposit. when i called up customer care they said that the application filled with 799 plan. how this can be possible when the executive (AN WAR) written in the acknowledgment 598 plan, that means to fulfill his target he has changed the plan on the original sheet.this means he has cheated. when we called up this person he is misbehaving and moreover he is blaming me that i'am lieing.we clearly spoke with him that we don't want the unlimited package just to check the mails we took the 598 plan.i want to know why this kind of mis selling is going on??? my request to you is to take a action against this executive & see please nobody gets cheat the way i got.
