I had contacted airtel for a broadband connection at my place flat no. 202, 1/4 khadar mod, near gate no. 2, pocket c, sarita vihar newdelhi. the company representative visited me and collected Rs.850 as installation charges via reciept no. 674228 dated 29th may and promised connection within 2 days. however there was no communication from their side thereafter. on contacting them i was informed that they cannot provide a connection at my location as they donot have infrastructure in that spot. i requested a refund. i was promised that i would get the refund as cheque by 48 hours. scores of calls and similar promises followed but the money was never refunded.
