Blackberry service not activated

I have a Blackberry 8520 handset (which is sim locked to airtel). I am a prepaid user and I had used the airtel bb plan 899 for the first month, for which it worked efficiently. From the next month onwards I wanted to convert that plan to 299 plan. For that I messaged 121 for activation but I am receiving the msg that

"we already have a provisioning request under processing. please wait while we process your request."

And it has been 2 months that I am still waiting without any activation. I sms'd 121 atleast 100 times also called the BB technical support 20 times, I am getting a frustrating response that there is a server problem and it will get sorted out in 24 hours. Now they are telling me to convert your prepaid to postpaid so that we ll be able to activate your service.

Now that's irritating..
