Regarding GRPS activation

Sir

I have purchased new Pre-pad sim of AirTel on 31st January at 20:30 Hrs and Re-Charge 98/- Rupees for GPRS activation at the same. Immediately I have received the message that Recharge voucher has successfully charged. After That I have given miss call to my another number of Airtel to check wheather it is working or not, and found that my new numbe is working. Again I have make a call to Help Line on 12118 for GPRS activation and but first time they refuse to give setting and say to check the number you have dialed because new series of Sim was not Up-dated in the system, So I request to him to update the number and provide me GPRS settings then he relies the situation and update my profile and tell about the GPRS settings and assured me that GPRS services will be started with in 24 Hours.

I have checked after 24 hours but GPRS services wass not activated in my mobile so again I call to Helpline and they say that we have some problem and we forwarded your request to concern department and your problem will solve with in 24 hours.

But Sorry to say till date my GPRS services is not activate in my mobile. Last time I have talk to helpline on 4-2 and my complaint number is – 213975.

Please look into the matter and revert back per return mail.
