My name is Kiran and I asked for a broadband connection on 5 th Jan whose CEf No-2066070 and due to sales executive misbehaviours and irresponsible behaviour, I requeted for a cancellation of that on 10th JAN.Today is 22 Feb and I havnt recieved my refund till now. No broadband Connection was provided to me in this period.
I was told that refund will be in 7 or max 45 days but its exceeded tht time too.
Also suggest me in what period of time I will be eligible to take legal actions for this?
I will be waiting for a positive reply.
