Dear Sir,
I have used a landline number from airtel and due to house revamping, the connection was dissconnected. I informed the representative who came to collect bill to dissconnect the connection temproarly. He asked me for a letter. I gave the requsition letter. But on the next two months, i received the bill. I informed to the representatives asking for the payment about this. But i received no response. Now they filed a case in the people court as they want a settlement. I went for the settlement but they are forcing me to pay the money and none is ready to listen my problem. When i went to the court, all the persons who are called by airtel face the same problem. We want the justice. What can we do? Iindly suggest what to do?
