I am using airtel since the month they launched the service in punjab... neva had any issues except with the ailing gprs and so called edge (as airtel people call it)... the download speed??? Horrible!! On average my xperia handset should provide me around 20 -26 KBps of download speed on EDGE... I get not more than 5 or 6... why si that??? call up teh cux care and no resolution so far... and one more thing... seems like airtel's not bringing 3g to punjab as per the spectru bidding results... so do u plan to keep your customers on such slow and aged speeds??? i am sorry u gna loose customers if nothing is done about the issue... hope this reaches the concerned department...
