Deliberate termination of connection: L

I had locked a complaint with airtel regarding my problematic internet connection. Ever since the day I got their broadband, I am in a complete mess. Right from the first day of installation, the executive took around 2-3 days for successful installation, continuously coming up with erroneous errors which were solely attributed to negligence of the airtel network administrators. After 10 days of the installation, the net stopped working with the reason being a deliberate termination by the airtel authorities. On asking the customer care executive about the reason for termination, they didnt came up with any reasonable justification and attributed it to a small technical fault. Now, Instead of rectifying the problem a.s.a.p, which has cropped up due to their negligence, they have given me a time frame of 10 days within which the problem would be corrected. These airtel people are continously deteriorating their quality of service, with my last possible resort the cancellation of the connection.
