I am using Airtel Broadband/Landline against the number 01142427233 for more than 5 years. I recently changed my broadband plan which was supposed to be an Unlimited Plan, but my June bill which arrived charged me against a limited plan. I immediately brought this under the notice of Airtel but there was no action taken. Then again the July bill was charged against the wrong plan and in the meantime I and my family started receiving harassment and threatening calls that either we pay the incorrect amount or our connection will be terminated. I brought this to notice of Sr. Manager Customer service Mr. Ashish Sarin but his response was also not satisfactory. On 28th August my connection got terminated and on 30th august I received an e-bill in which waiver for 2 months is there. But again for last month I have been charged against the wrong plan.
Due to unavailability of Internet my father suffered losses in the Share Market on monday 30th August. Also, I and my family have been under immense mental pressure due to harassment by Airtel and its employees which has affected my work at the workplace. They have harassed me while I was working at my workplace and have taken away my mental peace.
