Unnecessery deductono of money

Dear sir,

I am a customer of Airtel mobile having GPRS connecton (Mobile Office). I used to buy Rs.98/- pack for using this service. But though I have 98 pack still sometime they deduct money from my main account telling that (" Thank you for using Airtel Live services" you have been charged Rs... )

What is this? please help
