Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform that i applied for new Airtel Broadband Connection by Mr. Harish Talwar (Senior Officer, 107, First Floor, Ansal Classique Tower, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi) in my name R.Venkatesan for address of C5A/60, Janakpuri, New Delhi with amount paid of Rs.500/-. He received all my related documents excluding Address proof. After some days Mr. Vikas Shankar called me and said that "Your Address proof is missing". Since i relocated from Chennai to New Delhi for my job i dont have Address proof at present. Then Vikas said "Give me letter headed paper attested by Professor mentioning the current residing address". On the same day i submitted scanned copy of my contract document and letter headed from my professor mentioned about my current address. I also submitted copy of Owner letter for current address, ID proof of me, ID proof of owner, contract document of my job and letter headed paper from Professor. I submitted 5 proofs. Next day i called to Mr. Vikas Shankar about my connection he said that "Your old connection will not be processed contact Mr. Harish". I tried to Mr. Harish regarding this and he is not picking up the call. What i do at this situation? Airtel has very good branding globally but having such Sales representatives would give lot of dissatisfaction towards customer. I request either you to process my connection or return all my documents with the amount of Rs.500/-. I hope you will take necessary action for this. Below is the contact nos of Sales Representatives
