Slow speed of gprs

Dear Sir,

I am one of the customers of airtel, my no. is 9890559090. Gprs speed of airtel is very slow. Customer executive said downloading speed is near about 3-4 kb/s but actually it is not more than 1kb/s, sometimes it is below than 100 bytes. Please solve my problem and give me information about number portability.
