My airtel mobile number 9500748340 has very often been a subject to balance deduction stating that i have downloaded java game from airtel live which not acceptable to be as i have always use mobile office service with appropriate GPRS pack for using it. The recently on 10.02.11 i had activated daily internet pack with 50 MB free download as i had been using this GPRS i was charged with downloading charges for using GPRS with mobile office which i discovered when by total balance was deducted to zero balance. When i called customer care i was told that i have used 3G net services plz tell me how it is possible to use 3G services on 2G connection. Now i have been calling to customer care since past two days no. is either busy or i am told to hold the while they are transferring line to their higher authority, further the call always gets disconnected . we can definitely change numbers and not go through such trouble of filing complaints but i guess as a citizen of india its my right and responsibility . i would like some action to be taken and matters cleared.
