I had purchase a broad band from airtel and givel rs 1750 at that time as it was my new connection.
i had face lots of difficulty since last month my modom has been changed several times but the company provided me with the old modom i do not konw as i had given money for the new and it is there fault in the modom that it has changes several times. but than also the company refuses to provide with me the new modom
as i face lots of difficulty as the modom is not workingso i request the company to give concession in my bill amount but they refuse
