GPRS not activated

Dear Sir,

My name is Vijyashwar Bharti from Kishtwar (J&K). I have been using GPRS services of AIRTEL since 19th of Oct.2010. AIRTEL offers 6 months free GPRS with Nokia C3 handset, I get only 4 months service. Then I called airtel customer care and technical helpline many times but the issue was not resolved. I get GPRS free service from 19 Oct.2010 to 1st Feb. and then on 1st feb.2011 my sim was deactivated for 12 hours and services were restarted on it but not GPRS. Since then GPRS is not working on my mobile. GPRS plan is not active. I also recharged my mobile number for internet. I did recharge of Rs.97 internet pack on 17th of Feb.2011 at 6:41pm but still its not working. So I request to send GPRS settings on my phone and activate GPRS plan on my number and i request to resolve this issue within 24 hours if possible.
