I had purchased a airtel broadband wifi connection (telephone no. 11 4512058) and had given Rs1750 at that time. That time the company promised me to give me a gift either a sun glasses or a
Reebok watch. I complained the company several times saying that the gift had not reached me yet but they always said that the gift will be delivered to me in 1 week but I have not received it yet. For
the proofs that I talked to the company are the reference numbers that they gave to me every time after filing the complaint they are as follows (39594570 date -20 november, 41049928 date-21
december, 41611082 date -7 january, 41973108 date -19 january). Another complaint is also that since last month I got so much disturbance in my modem and it did not work and the company had
changed the modem 4 times (42216892 date 22.1.11, 42551158 date 1.2.11, 42728412 date 6.2.11). I had paid for the new connection but the company has given me an old modem every time after the
replacement. Regarding that I had asked the company for concession in my bill amount during which I had faced connection problem due to the modem but the company refused and is not giving the
concession. The company should refund my money that I had given to them for the modom and disconnect all its services
