Dear Sir,

I have requested to Airtel for migration of traffic due to more uses of Broadband, but they are not ready to migrate to plan because they want 3 working days before billing cycle. I have log the compliant on 09 April and my billing cycle was 12th of every month. They have profit of less plan while user using more bandwidth.

I would like to request you to look into the matter..
