I disconnected my broadband no 01244116433 and I left the city. Airtel called me up at least 10 times a day for a month asking for payment. I kept telling them that I will either (1) pay online, (2) they can collect the check from an address in bombay or (3) send me a prepaid envelope and I can mail the check back to them. I think that's very fair.

Their rep, Mr. Tarun Digwal, sends me this email today:

you are really stupid no way to respect you i think you really have no idea how to pay online otherwise... do not say anything else... if have money with you kindly sent the chq...

I CANT PAY ONLINE OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE. This email really pissed me off. I would like Airtel to apologize, waive whatever payment is due and stop harassing me with more phone calls and emails.
