I an not using weekly sub service and still being charged, i only use internet service that is your gprs service which is to be used by the coustomer at the recharge of Rs 97every month. Please deactivate my weekly sub service as soon as possible on my number 9596626671any plese improve your service in jammu because no one picks up the call at coustomer care numbers nor in the complaint helpline numbers.
