Dear Sir,

I am really disappointed with your service. I have been using your’s airtel prepaid connection more than two years. My number is..9958940856. But Now, i think I made an big mistake. Few days back, I bought a Nokia E5 and I wanted to use gprs services with that phone. After recharged the coupon of rs 98 for surfing, I called around 10 to 20 calls to your customer care no..198..Most of the times, your customer care executives told me that setting has been already delivered on your mobile number. Please save and get the sim out of mobile. I follow the process so many times. But till the date i haven't received any conformation. Your customer care services and technical department people totally useless. After making the several calls on your tollfree, Your customer care people stopped my number, that i won’t be able to call on your tollfree number as well.

This is an simple issue and your people were not helping me in this issue. Just let me know, your people will able to sort out my problem or not. Otherwise, I will chose mobile portability option and transfered to any other connection.
