Shifting Broadband Connection to New Address

Hi,

I've been using Airtel Broadband Connection for a year. My fixed line number is 044-43842417. We shifted to a new house and we called airtel for shifting the broadband connection to the new address.

They said that it will be done in 3 working days. It has been a week we shifted, still there is nothing done. I called Airtel and they said, there is no DB box in this area and they got to install a new one. Still there is no progress.

I'm in a great trouble without Internet for week. Please let me know whether I'll get connection or not. If not I'll go to some other ISP, I'm waiting because Airtel service was good. There are also four more flats in our apartment, if we get the connection, those people are also ready to apply for a connection.

Please do the needful.
