Dear Sir,
I am an airtel broadband user since 2009... i have a plan of unlimited usage for 640/- INR (715/- with taxes)..my acc no. is 15228709..
Initially all was good and I was received the correct bill which was always paid on time... since the past 7-8 months I have been repeatedly receiving bills with either late fee already attached to the bill...
I put a complaint on consumer forum in June regarding this following which I received a call from Mr Vikas who identified himself as some senior authority and promised to resolve my issues and said he'd send an executive with the corrected bill..An executive did come but said he was authorized to collect the corrected amt for only 1 month so we paid up..
Last month in July again I've received a bill of 1870/- approx (with some DSL charges and late fee all attached and never explained to us) although our real bill should be 716 716 13.25 (land line bill usage)=1446/- INR... The executives repeatedly call us and promise to resolve the issue and send the corrected bill which never happens... due to this confusion we haven't paid up the bill because it almost like we serve airtel and not vice versa
My husband and I are both doctors and are now extremely irritated and tired with this repeated issue, we now want to get rid of the connection as its an absolute menace... I have tried contacting Mr Gurmeet (the nodal officer Delhi NCR) over the phone but havent managed to get through even with repeated efforts therefore am trying to mail.
I am hoping that you would be kindly willing to look into the matter seriously as there is always false assurances with no fulfilment of promises..I hope this issue is resolved soon so that i can access my services at its earliest which have been discontinued due to this confusion..

My name is Dr Niharika
and i live and work in delhi.
I have been using the airtel broadband connection plan Rs 715, unlimited download
. Account Telephone Number: 43595357, Account No.: 15228709. Ac. Holder name –
Dr Amit Singh.
I have been receiving false bills for landline usage for the past 4 months even
though i am not using the landline phone. Also, every time the bill comes with
an attached late fees.
I have been complaining regularly to the customer care helpline but every month
i have to visit the customer care center to get the mistake rectified. Every
time i am given false assurances that the mistake wont happen again.
This has been going on for the past 4 months.
I work in St. Stephen’ s hospital and live in dilshad garden . every month i
have to visit the Office at Cannaught place delhi for which i have to specially
take a day off from work. My patients also suffer because of that.
It has become a menace to me and its like a monthly duty/fine incurred for me
to get the mistake rectified for which you people are responsible and on top of
that, the problem still persists.
I have been complaining about this problem and it seems the people are not
interested in dealing with the issue with concern. All my complaints have
fallen into deaf ears.
It seems like Airtel customer care helpline is not to help people but to harass
them. It spoils the company reputation also.
It may be a small problem for people at airtel at I request you to kindly look
into the matter and get the problem rectified at earliest as possible. My last 2 bills which are yet unpaid due to the unresolved problem.
