Sir,

In my last bill (billing period:11/jun to 10/jul) there are some extra charges added. There is a column of OTHER CHARGES, in which you have added 300rs, of DSL shifting charges, but before shifting to my new location, your backhand team have already mentioned me that the shifting charges will not be applicable for me, as you were giving me a weavour (kind of benefit).

So kindly get back to me on this issue ASAP.As the last date of billing is 17th aug. Please contact me soon.
