I raised a request for discontinuing my services and raised a request for the same on customer care as well as sent a mail also.
I got a reply as a confirmation on my mail for the same on my email ID (see below mail)
Customer care request numbers is 1475706.
My account is still active and bills are getting generated.
I am receiving calls from some number 01140569598 for paying the bill in spite of the fact that I am not using the services any more since last 3 months.
Request you to please look into the matter
