I have lodged a Service Request 447157 on 05.07.11 to shift my landline connection 01244369537 [|BAL|Qrc20908112008515143001|] with IPTV. I was promised that within 20 days the connection will be shifted.
When enquired again on 22.07.2011 Airtel closed Service Request 447157 and lodged a new Service Request 1538093 which was promised to be resolved shortly.
On 11.08.2011 when complained to Airtel Nodal Office and subsequent calls to customer care I was told the previous Service Request 1538093 is closed on 01.08.2011 and new Service Request 1636924 is now there which will again take 20 days for completion.
My concern is why Airtel has closed the Service Request 447157 & 1538093 without my consent.
I am being told by Airtel than my request is pending due to system up gradation and technical issues. My neighbor has got a new connection with the same plan I had applied for this week.
If Airtel is not able to provide services which in turn has forced me to use Costly wireless internet it is the customer who is at loss. Airtel is still not able to commit on a exact date on which the connection can be shifted.
I have the emails for the communication send to Airtel with me.
I want complete refund of 2250 INR as the installation charges and refund for bill payment for the month of July of 1253.57 INR immediately so that I can apply for broadband with a another Service Provider.
